The staff were extremely helpful and saved my wife's life during a medical emergency. Special thanks to the manager, reception girls, and watchman for their timely assistance. I will never forget their kindness. The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are spacious.
Not obvious to find.

The room was warm and neat, included with moderate to good cleanliness and view of Trikuta Hills, as example. Location: the hotel was very close to the railway station and yatra start point and market place and other amenities and Jammu airport.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We received complimentary breakfast and parking which was great. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and bar which was a nice added bonus.
The room was a bit dated and could use some renovations. We had some issues with the air conditioning and had to call maintenance to fix it.

Close to the Vaishno Devi temple and a hospital, this budget hotel offers free parking. Rooms have basic amenities and hot water, though there is no shower cubicle, causing the bathroom to get wet. The restaurant offers a decent breakfast spread.
The hotel corridors are noisy due to a lack of noise insulation.

We appreciated the hotel's location, as it was very close to the hospital, which was quite convenient for us. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in taking care of an emergency situation. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Spent Christmas at this hotel recently and found it to be mediocre. The property had decently clean rooms and the food was reasonably priced. Location-wise, it was just a short drive from the railway station. The highlight of my stay was the polite and friendly staff who were accommodating to my needs.
My overall experience was dampened by a few negatives. The elevator wasn't working for more than 12 hours and there was no backup option.
